Roasted Broccoli

Have you tried making broccoli in the oven?  Delicious!

Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 20 min
Serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 lbs broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3-4 tblspns olive oil
  • 1 tblspn fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss broccoli florets and minced garlic with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle salt over the broccoli and toss to coat.
  2. Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
  3. Toss with freshly ground black pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve immediately.
