Healthy Ranch Dip

My kids make this themselves – and love dipping vegetables in it.  Spice it to your liking.

Prep time: 5 min.
Makes: 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tspn dried parsley
  • 1/2 tspn garlic powder
  • 1/2 tspn onion powder
  • 1/4 tspn pepper
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
