Greek Tempeh

So easy and simple. Make simple tzatziki to go with it!

Prep Time: 5 min (+ 1 hour to marinate)
Cook Time: 15 min


  • Tempeh, thinly sliced
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic cloves, crushed
  • Lemon Juice
  • Oregano, dried
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  1. Combine the soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and oregano in a bowl. Add the tempeh and allow to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Sauté the tempeh in the olive oil until browned.
  3. Serve with pita, greens, and tzatziki.
